I'm not really sure how I feel about Zoes Kitchen yet. I'm a sucker for Mediterranean food which is why I think I'm getting a bit thrown off about this place. I came thinking I could get a quick dinner on my way home from work so I wouldn't have to cook. The amount of food that came for the amount of money was very small compared to other casual fast dining but wasn't too bothered by it. I got a small starter and a sandwich for $17. The amount of vegetarian options was underwhelming. I usually see more than they had available at other mediterannean places. I got pesto hummus with pita bread (you need to request the bread) along with the only vegetarian sandwich they had to-go. There was only one person in line in front of me at around 6pm and 7 other people either dining in or waiting for food. It took me 15 minutes to receive my food. The food was good! Not absolutely amazing but good nonetheless especially considering it's a fast casual restaurant. I will definitely be giving it another shot!
