I have to say that the manager, Loraine was absolutely RUDE! I CANNOT BELIEVE she has any type of management position. We purchased a gift card online, come to find out that someone has hacked my information and used my gift card in AZ, AND I CLEARLY live in Las Vegas and when speaking to Loraine she had no sympathy and her attitude portrayed she really did not care. I spoke with my colleague at work who purchased the gift card for me for employee of the month and he even stated that when called the store to speak with her she was down right rude and sounded like she could careless. Thanks to her lack of empathy and horrible customer service we will no longer be shopping at Burlington. Once I file this police report and get the money back I will have my job get refunded and we will spend the $100 else where.
