I have lived in Sterling Magnolia for almost 5 consecutive leases. I've been completely pleased with every aspect of my experience. The apartments are spacious, the amenities (including covered parking and controlled access) are top notch, and I've always been able to get in touch with the leasing office with any needs. The community is mostly very quiet and the Cotswold location is central to pretty much everything in town. I am hoping to re-sign with Sterling for at least one more year! My only suggestion would be to do some aesthetic upgrades on kitchen appliances but that's truly the least of my worries. I've recommended Sterling to at least 5 or 6 close friends who have all signed separate leases over the past few years!
