This Dunkin is truly terrible. I understand that the morning rush is probably horrible to deal with. Part of me wishes they could expand their space because it's just not reasonable to have 20 people squashed into a corner, waiting for their orders. And when they announce these orders, it's not via your receipt number. It's just by your drink, or by some random food that someone else may have ALSO ordered. If you aren't paying enough attention, or it's loud... sorry, you're not going to get your order. Today I saw about 6 drinks left on the counter that no one had claimed, probably because no one knew whose they were. The workers didn't know what was in them, either. If anything, they should serve up orders with receipts underneath them. Make it a smidge easier for people. The food/drinks here are just okay, typical Dunkin... but my review is really for the service. Call people's names, call people's numbers... do something other than what you've always done. Because it gets so chaotic and so confusing.
