EVERYTHING was booked when I was in Toronto. We had a room at the Fairmont but needed an additional room so we switched to Novotel. No, not anything close to the Fairmont, but it was decent.
I was there on business and had quite a bit of work to do. I was not fond of the lighting in the room. I could have done more illumination when I was in my room working. I went down to the restaurant and had a surprisingly good lunch with an extremly helpful and not overly attentive server. I really liked the restaurant.
Would I return? Sure, it wasn't horrible. Would I look for something else first? Yes, but if I couldn't find anything I wouldn't have a problem staying here.
