I'm lactose intolerant.
I ordered pancakes, eggs, and bacon. The pancakes showed up at my table with whipped cream on them, even though whipped cream wasn't on the menu, and the waitress didn't mention anything about them. After craning my neck around for my waitress, a different waitress came to my table, and I told her that there's no way that I can eat the pancakes since the cream will make me sick. She took my pancakes away and never returned. My initial waitress didn't seem to notice that anything had happened. I never got replacement pancakes. Nobody came back to refill my iced tea, ever. The rest of the food was so-so, but the service was so bad that I'll never, ever go back.
