I moved to Vegas from DC where they had a great chain of 'do it yourself' pizza places. So when I got here, I was elated to see that they also had one. I was skeptical but I gave it a whirl.
I was NOT disappointed. The pizza is phenomenal.
I am a weird one in that I don't eat cheese but LOVE pizza. So crust and sauce are huge for me. Both are great here. It truly may be the best pizza there is for someone like me.
Select your crust (including gluten-free which my wife got and said was exceptional), and add all the toppings you want or don't want before they throw it in the oven for 8 or so minutes.
I haven't compared it with the competitors in town but no need to because this spot takes care of all of my needs!
