I love Perfect Arch! Sometimes I have a difficult time with eyebrow threading salons because they don't listen when I tell them to keep my eyebrows thick, but she was receptive and made my eyebrows great! It's hard to get to if you don't have a car (especially if you're a college student at UIUC) but it's worth the journey. She provides a punch card and if you go a specific amount of times, you get the next service free. I'm glad I found this place!
