Buying a short sale in town that was in pretty rough condition. The yelp reviews convinced me to take a chance. Over 4000 sf, multiple appliances with mold, hard water damage to EVERY surface imaginable. Pristine sent 4 ladies that worked from 8-4. It DID take them longer than they had originally estimated, but well worth it. We had gotten another quote for more than twice the amount we were charged. All in all, under $600! I'm a definite nit picker when it comes to clean. One door frame top was missed and one door back, but really it would have been easy to overlook those areas when the WHOLE house was a train wreck. We will certainly be calling again for a pre-holiday clean, and even my in laws are planning to call after seeing the job that was done.
