I've gone here to get oil changes for about one year now. I go here regularly because I started one year ago and continued to maintain consistency but every time I go for an oil change, I receive a phone call telling me I need 10 more things fixed with my car. Every time I drop it off, I'm told it will take 30 minutes and it takes 2 hours. Every time I go for an oil change that should cost $60, I leave paying at least $200. The last time I went, I was told I needed a fuel injection replaced, after I had just gotten it replaced two weeks prior. I went to Sun Devil Auto on McDowell for an oil change recently and left with great customer service, car service, and no upsells.
