DO NOT USE THESE GUYS!! They're complete scam artists. My wife lost her key for her 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee and was stranded so I called and asked how much it would cost to get a replacement. I was told there'd be a $25 trip charge and that the key fob would be $125. They came out and ended up charging $670 ($29 trip charge, $152 to look up the code by VIN, $289 for the key fob, and $145 for programming). AFTER the work was done. And the key doesn't work. It unlocks the door but doesn't start the engine. Also, he broke the back hatch of the truck, but fixed it later. I called and talked to the same guy I contacted and now he says he quoted me the "starting price" of $150 because he couldn't possibly know how much the key fob would be even though I gave him the year, make and model of the vehicle. He was rude and belligerent.
