I have been a Dollar Rent a Car for several years. I became an Express member about 8 years ago and I love it. I always book my car online and by-pass the long lines at the rental counter and go directly to find my car which is already waiting for me with a completed contract and drive away. We just returned from Las Vegas and as usual, our car rental experience went without any problems. We arrived at the car return area and in less than two minutes we were on our way with a receipt on my hand and no surprise charges. I haven't rented from another car rental company in years. Dollar Rent a Car is the way to go for me.
