I'm really surprised reading the negative experiences people had, because we had quite the opposite. I couldn't be any happier with our purchase thus far.
I had contacted Steve Cox online about the vehicle I wanted. I was particular about the Explorer I wanted. He found exactly that. We got to the dealership and the car I described was sitting out front waiting for me to take a test drive. Of course I loved it since I had researched for months before deciding.
Now comes the financing... We had a price that we could pay, no more. It took a couple days but they figured out a way to give us what we were asking for. Not only did we get the price we wanted we also got several warranties added in at the same price.
I have to say these guys jumped through hoops for us. I appreciate the hard work! I would recommend any of my friends to Steve without a doubt.
Now I just need to figure out all the bells and whistles on my new vehicle!
