I think there should be a ZERO STAR OPTION! This location only employs idiots... EVERY TIME I come here they F**k up my order! I call ahead every time because I order specialty pizza ... Plus its supposed to be fresh if it's custom...I don't understand how you can screw up. A simple pizza order. Tonight I called ahead and when I arrived 10 minutes later (after she took my name and number over the phone) she claims to not have a phone order and tried to say I must have called the wrong location....when I PROVED to her I called this location she repeated my order to me... If she didn't have a,y pho e orders how did she know what I ordered... ??? Completely incomptitent! And the manager was as worthless as tits on a boar... All of them...need some customer service skills and training on how to do their job and take an order...if only this was the first time... It seems to be a continuous problem for this location.
