I have never been a Marc's fan. I always thought they were kind of junky, cluttered and a bear to maneuver a cart through. And the fact that they only accept cash or check was a huge turn off for this debit card loving gal. But when I moved to Avon and saw the brand spanking new Marc's 2 minutes from my house, I decided to check it out. And I was surprisingly impressed. The new store is larger and more organized, and has a much wider selection of groceries than any other Marc's I had been in. Yeah it still has its odd isles that showcase wine glasses next to garden hoses, but I can live with that. Especially when I walk out with a cart full of groceries for under $60!
