While I rarely eat at McDonald's anymore, I broke down and visited the drive thru for a quick, tasteless meal this evening. I was greeted at the drive thru with an energetic "Hola". I pulled around to the window and didn't get two words after that. Young kids, but still not the customer service I would expect. Once I made it back to the house I realized immediately I made a poor decision after biting into my meal. The beef was dry and pale with absolutely zero flavor. The fries were cold and soggy. The restaurant was empty as was the drive thru. Given my food was handed to me almost immediately after pulling up and paying likely means I got served the old beef sitting in the drawer, and the old fries sitting up under the "heater". Crappy tasteless food coupled with unforgivable customer service is a perfect recipe to chase customers away. Hopefully my review serves as a warning to others eating at THIS McDonald's.
