OWNERS BEWARE! I had a good relationship with this management company until I had to evict a tenant for not paying rent. I - THE OWNER - was charged almost $400 in late fees that had accrued during the eviction process. They refused to waive these fees, which proves they do not care about their customers. Whether it's in the management contract or not, they should have done the right thing and waived them because I did not cause them! They did not, and as a result I will never use this company again and I urge every owner to think twice about a company that treats formerly loyal customers this way.
