Honestly, this was my favorite location when the guy up from was working, I think his name was Austin. He was super friendly, and I never had problems. Lately I always run into issues with my membership there. The manager in this place was horrible, and has the most catty attitude. Haven't been back to this location since speaking with her. I honestly contemplated cancelling my membership at that time. I would give the manager a solid zero. Had to reach out to corporate customer care to get a really simple issue resolved. Really disappointed, and it takes a lot to disappoint me.
