I just had my carpets cleaned today by Calgary and Bow River Chem Dry.
I normally don't write reviews but I need to give credit when credit is due.
Rupert was the representative who provided the service for us and he did an exceptional job! You can tell he actually cares for the clients. He over exceeded our expectations. True professionalism.
Our carpets hadn't been cleaned since we bought this house (over 6 years) and they were in rough shape. Rupert took the time to explain thoroughly what package would best suit us and took his time to ensure the carpet was getting the attention it needed.
Very very happy with the results. The carpet smells fresh as can be and all the old odours from the previous house owners have been extracted from the carpet. Money well spent for sure.
I will continue using Chem Dry and thanks again Rupert for everything!!
