Initially , the services at the Joint in Arboretum seemed to be beneficial. After, a series of adjustments I decided that the services provided wasn't enough for me. Granted it was helpful in the beginning, but it's not working for me. I understood that I purchased the wellness package of $59.00 for 4 visits. I completed that wellness package and went an 1 additional time for $10.00. To my surprise my Health Care Savings account was charged without my authorization. There wasn't any services rendered for that transaction. At this point, it seems that the Joint will charge you card even if a service isn't provided. I'm a healthcare provider myself and I know that's deceitful to any customer. I'm disappointed and frustrated. Under no circumstances would I refer anyone to the Joint. You can't even cancel the service without being charged repeatedly. If you want a quick fix, don't mind spending your Health Care Saving account on services not provided, if you want your card charged without your authorization,and charged for cancellation then you need to go to the Joint. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau.
