Drama free dog park!! I love it!! That's why I like coming here. It's located in a nice area and the people who come here go regularly so they have nice, socialized, and well behaved dogs for the most part.
It really feels more like social hour rather than playtime for your pup. I actually really enjoy talking to the folks there and it's nice when you come in the park you are always greeted.
Now as far as poop goes. The park is decently maintained. There is a hill that once dogs go over it you can't see them anymore. So just watch your step over that Hill. Actually its a dog park. Best to watch your step everywhere, but especially over that hill. Every now and then you'll see a landmine.
The dog park is also a very good size. Nice and big and has grass everywhere. No sections where there are those rocks like some other parks have.
Complaint: not a lot of shaded seats. A lot of people actually bring their own chairs there. Even the two benches that are in the shade at some points during the day don't really provide much shade for your legs. If you want to stay out of the sun be prepared to either sit on the ground (yuck, dogs poop there), bring your own chair (pain in the ass I know), or stand (like I do).
I've yet to see anyone get upset at anyone while I'm there. The last dog park I was going to some of the people would act like the dog park police and enforce made up rules. You don't get that here. People are pretty easy going. Love it.
