Wish there was an option to negative star this dealership.. was referred here by one of the neighbours and decided to give Dodge Caravan a try .. with less than 15K kilometres and less than 2 yrs the GPS got toasted... I was informed by the service rep it will be replaced with a brand new one turned out to be a refurb replacement unit
Next, another few months and ~18K kilometres out the rear AC stopped working in the dead of summer... the earliest appointment to even check what the issue is a week out and even then I'll have to fork out another day from the schedule to get it back in at another ridiculously long service appointment date when the part gets in..
Basically at this point I am confident I got a and am seriously contemplating trading this garbage in for a Odyssey or Sienna... should've forked out the extra cash early on .. wish I had it
