I have been coming to this car wash for literally 6 years , through different owners. Their wash is always great and detailed. It does take a little time but they have a great lounge with drinks, wifi, tv and even ice cream! The complaints of taking too long is just stupid, if they do a good job it will take along time , I don't see people standing around or chatting on the phone, they are working so stop whinning! The windshield repair guy, well simple rule, never repair windshield at any car wash, period! I took a car to another huge car wash on Charleston just one time as they are open alte and the car was so dirty after the wash I will stick with this one. ALso they are human so if they miss a spot, just point it out and run over and correct it, again I see a lot of whinning for $20. Try another place and you will see the difference cause they are good as long as you are prepare for a detail wash that will take time, but the place is well staffed so people, be reasonable and appreciate what they are doing. I would not have taken my Mercedes and my Ferrari there if I am not comfortable with their quality.
