Ive eaten at your location since you arrived in the Concord area. I will never eat there again. Your mgr Matt, hung out at the bar socializing never to check on the the guests on the floor. When he finally decided to come to out table, he no concern or care about our experience. He continued like a robot giving us a book answer over and over and never let us speak. Never had a problem with any other mgr or staff. I will never return because of this mgr. They need to keep him in the back where he does not need to interact with the public.
