I just moved to the area and I am a huge fan of Mexican cuisine. I've been trying to find a nice restaurant in the area with good food.
We sat at the bar. The service was super speedy and always on top of what we'd need next. I enjoyed a strawberry margarita. Not too sweet and not too strong. Just perfect! You can always judge a Mexican restaurant on their salsa and Totopo had fantastic salsa.
This place is much better than other sit-down Mexican restaurants I've found in the area. Plus it's very upscale inside and, of course, is situated in the adorable business district of Mt. Lebanon.
