Have been here before and usually pretty good but this time was the worst. When I got there told me didn't have my referral, I told them I called 30 mins ago and dr said they were faxing. I took a seat and waited. 45 mins and they tell me still no referral. I called the Dr and they said they had faxed 2x and would fax again. SDMI wasn't really interested in helping and told me to go back to waiting room and would call me when it came through. 15 more minutes and it finally arrived. I heard them talking
And it Seems the fax machine was not
Working. Not sure Why they use 1980s technology but wow. If you come here. Make sure you stay on them. They're here all day so will let you sit 4 HRs they don't care. Ask every 10 mins if everything is ok. Wish I had. Wasted so much time here.
