I would say that from start to finish, this was a great experience, but as Paul explained to me, I am a customer for life so, no finish until...! Caveat Emptor did an excellent job inspecting and reinspecting the home I'm purchasing. They were thorough, knowledgeable, professional, courteous, and went the extra mile to answer questions. I feel confident that I had a thorough inspection and that there won't be any unexpected surprises on the items inspected. Thank you Paul and Michael. You guys are consummate professionals!
