Nothing is right! The worst environment, the most expensive price! I can't believe "one star hotel" asks for more than $120 per night! And bad service, bad attitude staff! If they do have 0 star, I absolutely give -1star! The room was disgusting. It smelled funny and I felt dirty just looking at it.
THE SHEETS WERE DIRTY. You pay a lot of money for a inn that reminds you of a Motel 6 and all you have to do is get the bed right. WHAT THE HELL. had to ask THREE different times to have them changed because the rude maid kept using the same one.
The front desk woman was one of the rudest human beings I have ever encountered as well as the manager. He just kept making excuse for himself and his staff.
I tried to call corporate but they put me on hold for 45 MINUTES. This entire company is shit and needs to be investigated. Honestly, I've never had to deal with so much bullshit for something I paid for.
