Awesome experience! Alex helped me out and was kind and courteous and helpful. My wife broke her iphone 6 and shattered the screen. I didn't want to pay the $179 to replace it through my Verizon Asurion insurance. I also had the apple store quote 5 business days to get my phone fixed. My wife would go crazy without her phone for that long. I did a good search and found this place, and I'm glad I did. Set up an appointment the same day and was told it would take 45 min to an hour and it was done in about 20 min.
