It looks like some folks have a great experience and some don't. Unfortunately, as my luck has it, I did not. Went in and got measured and was really excited to get a bespoke suit. When my suit finally arrived the pants were floods and very tight, the shirt might have fit my 10 year old nephew and the Jacket had tiny sleeves and could not be closed. I was obviously a bit disappointed. One positive I can say is that they do try to make you happy, went in for a remeasure and they offered to go ahead and remake my suit and shirt. Finally got the replacement and while it was certainly bigger, it was still too small. I'm not a big guy (though to be fair I probably could stand to enjoy pizza a little less) but I would expect after a couple of measurements, for it to be far closer to fitting me. It seems that Indochino measures for your suit to fit in a way that I would consider too small. I know they would be happy to remake the suit again, but at this point, for the time and cost, I figured I'd be better off grabbing an off the rack suit some place and just getting it altered to fit perfectly. I think I would be interested in returning to Indochino, should they ever make the move to those 3D body scanners I've heard so much about. If you have the time to wait for them to get it right after a few tries, which in fairness they are more than happy to do for you, then Indochino will sell you a nice suit made from decent material at a more than reasonable cost, but I didn't have the patience to wait for them to get it right.
