A friend recommended me here. I came in today at 10:15, there were 2 ladies ahead of me. By 10:30 I had not been seen and one of the ladies had left. The other lady gets called to sit in one of the chairs to get sns. An appointment for a pedi at 10:30 walks in she had not waited 10 mins before she was called back, meanwhile I'm still waiting and it's now 10:45. So I'm trying to be patient waiting to get my fill in when another appointment walks in and she immediately sits in the chair for a pedi. Now here it is 11:00 and I'm still waiting. I finally get in the chair at 11:05. The nail tech looks at my nails and says we need to redo your full set. Whatever hell I done waited this long. So she gets to work she ask my for my shape I said round "that's an extra $5" I'm like so how much is the full set "full set is $30 now on their price sheet it says $25 so somebody lying. So you want me to pay $35 for a full set when I just needed a fill in for $18 which is what the price sheet says. So I get down to pay and I also get matte no extra charge so I ask the nail tech "it's an extra $5 for matte you can't be serious! Nope I'm never cheating on barefoot nails in matthews again up charging people for no reason and I waited almost an hour to be seen. My visit lasted 2 hours and 30 mins are you kidding me Saturday wasted. Not only did Shit cost extra she was pushing for me to do gel it sns, I said regular to try to give me something I don't want.
