I arrived when no other appts were there. We we already in a room and vitals taken, then the "scheduled" appts began piling in. After an hour waiting I left. I understood I was being worked in, but you should have seen me first or at least let me know when I booked the appt I would have at least an hour wait!! Communication is a beautiful thing. I will wait until Tuesday to see my regular Vet, if I need ER before then, they are right down the street.
Very disappointed.
