I had my first brow waxing and tinting this morning with Cera and I truly couldn't have asked for a better experience! I was hesitant at first to even book an appointment, as I had never had my brows done prior to today and I was nervous that I would be unhappy with the results. Thankfully, my biggest regret after walking out of Arch is that I didn't start doing this sooner! The space itself is beautiful - very organized and clean, and has a comfortable and relaxing feel to it. When I arrived, I was pleasantly greeted by Cera and she immediately put all of my worries to rest! She thoroughly explained what the process would be like and made sure I was comfortable with her recommendations before she began. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes and left there feeling and looking amazing! I also picked up some of their products on my way out and made sure to get my next appointment booked! LOVE this place and their top of the line service and products!!
