Okay, I have to start by saying Santisi Brothers is one of my favorite restaurants! The food it 5+ stars hands down! Now....with that being said...the waitresses and service, -3. Anything here involving a waitress takes fooorever! It took us 15 minutes just to get water and when we looked around to see where all the waitresses were, they were just standing gathered over by the bar. Our check was wrong and we only ordered like 4 things and then again..another 15 minute wait Refills? Forget about that, by the time we got asked for refills we were done eating and ready for the check. It's too bad too because they definitely would have made money off our beer/drink orders. If you guys hired some new staff, this place would by far beat out any other sports bar!
