It seems like I've had really bad luck choosing dentists lately, but I've finally broken my streak! Aside from an educational, gentle cleaning -- this practice excels in customer service and ethics.
I was stuck at the MVD registering my vehicle which took way longer than anticipated & I truly expected the office to reschedule my appointment due to my tardiness. The hygienist stayed 45 minutes late (I was her last patient) just to make sure I didn't have to come back for my cleaning - wow! A+ for Nikki, who went above and beyond her call of duty.
I've seen so many dentists who have told me I have what seems like one thousand cavities, to get a second opinion and told I don't have any. This was not the case at Smiles of Chandler. A+ for Dr. Heaton's ethics! I'll definitely be returning now that I've found a diamond in the rough!!!
