I took my Spynx cat in with an emergency at 8am. When they opened. He could not breathe. The nurse came in like no big deal. I waited a good 5 minutes before the dr came in. As I could here them laughing and giggling in the back. I also drove 40 mins there because they where referred to me because they know a lot about the breed. The dr finally came in. He apologized and said he was unaware of the emergency. He said he had a talk with his staff. A nurse should know when an animal needs medical attention ASAP. That nurse should be fired. They did test put him on oxygen after 8 hrs $1,200 later I was told I need to take him in to see a cardiovascular dr. He gave me some meds. He was stable after the 8 hours. That was Friday and I had to wait till Monday. On Sunday again unable to breathe I took him to the nearest hospital they said there was no hope. Another $400 later and having to put him to sleep. I am devastated how they handled the care of my cat. I have been here multiple times before. This time the staff was so unprofessional. I was in shock. Not only did I loose my money I could have just taken him with to a cardio dr. I lost my BEST FRIEND. Go anywhere but here.
