I went to Veggie Delight to get take out. I ordered the Curry Chix. It came with a bountiful amount of carrots, potatoes, and broccoli. The rice was a mixed red.
A good size portion of curry sauce but I have to make extra rice when I got home. The smell of the curry got me very hungry. I almost ate it standing in the kitchen.
I payed extra for Vegan. I have no idea why because the last time I checked Almond milk cost the same as soy/regular milk. Overall the place is small so take out is good. The taste of the curry was spicy and flavorful. The chix was a little chewy and full of body. I enjoyed a great deal. Will order it again.
I had to pay $1.00 extra to use my ATM card. Next time I'll bring cash.
Total $11.50. I don't like when places nickel and dime you but so many places on the strip do anyway. So this wasn't highway robbery.
Next time I go I'll have to try one of their slushies and sandwich.
