We have been Direct Buy members for 14 years. We like to buy quality furniture at a great price. Our first purchase was a bedroom set that was 10,000.00 at a local store and ended up costing us 4,000.00 through Direct Buy. That difference paid for our membership. I have replaced carpet that was quoted at 11,000.00 at a discount carpet place and I paid 5000.00. Recently I bought very high end outdoor furniture(couch, 4 swivel chairs, coffee table, 3 end tables, 6 dining chairs, table, 3 bar stools, and a setae) which was 22,000.00 at a local patio store for 11,000.00. It depends what you are looking for, we have been very pleased with our purchases. Some items do take a while to come in, most of the times you are customizing things by finish and fabric so that takes longer. If you are looking at higher quality manufacture(they carry all ranges though) this is the place to buy them. We have been very pleased, if something comes in and there is a issue with it they have always contacted the manufacture and taken care of it for us. The girls at the order desk have always been extremely helpful to us. They have tons of color samples and fabric but if they didn't have the ones I wanted they have gotten them from the manufacture for us. We have bought a lot of things from cabinets to dishes. I have been very pleased with the service for the past 14 years.
