First time at this location. Used to go to the old location on Craig road a lot. We came with three kids and two adults, we all brought socks. We were told we needed "grip socks" and we HAD to purchase these in order to jump. So we buy socks and then enter jump area. I notice at least 10 kids with NO socks, bare foot (gross!). I ask one of the crew and she tells me oh bare feet are allowed. I go ask up front why I was told I "HAD" to buy socks in order to jump. Girl just said sorry. I ask for a refund on the socks and was told again, "sorry, we can't refund open socks". We won't be back. Management needs to work on training these young kids they have working on how to communicate policy. We had three neighbors ask us to tell them how this place was. Do you think I am going to tell them to come here?
