I have never had such a pleasant experience from start to finish in a medical office until my appointment and then follow up at Dr. Mark Baldree's office. His staff went above and beyond from the moment I first called to schedule an appointment. (I found Dr. Baldree by doing a zip code search for an ENT). Pleasant, helpful and detailed in their directions to make the experience a success. From the time I walked in the door, everyone was so friendly and genuine, from the front desk staff, to the Physicians Assistant to the doctor himself. Dr. Baldree had me try a solution that wouldn't require a medical procedure first, to see if it would clear up my problem. I really appreciated that approach. My 2nd visit was even better. I can't recommend them high enough and I applaud their Best In Class, customer service. They set the bar.
