I realized the second I walked up to the register why I shop at Sephora... one of the rudest employees to check me out Alexis. I am purchasing a gift card for a co-worker for Christmas and it was terrible no customer service skills in a rude tone green or pink envelop wasn't sure what she was talking about and quite frankly I didn't hear her I said excuse me she said PINK OR GREEN ENVELOPE?! I still was confused then she slams her hand on the envelops for the gift card didnt know they had envelops. My bad! It was a long day after work was totally confused as I had already picked the gift card I wanted. There was no thank you for your purchase, no hello when I stepped up to the counter, no customer service whatsoever. During all this madness her phone was ringing and she wasn't so friendly on the phone either. I was completely shocked that a close friend of mine would shop in such a horrible place. Maybe she was having a bad day but her bad day lost a customer that spends quite a bit of money on makeup every year. Sephora is great for customer service maybe Ulta should send their staff to train there. 1st and last time I'll ever shop at Ulta.
