I lived at Redcliffe for one year and then relocated or would have renewed my lease. I looked all over Huntersville for a one bedroom apartment, and this was the best value by far. The apartment complex next door charges over $200 more a month for less space. The apartments are HUGE.. My one bedroom had a walk-in closet, garden tub, large balcony, and a storage closet. I loved the proximity to Birkdale mall.. It was the perfect distance for evening walks/runs. I had 3 maintenance requests while here, and all were responded to very quickly. It's not the most up to date (trim warped on balcony door, small rust spots in sink, etc.) but totally worth the cost savings in my opinion. The clubhouse has a laundry facility, a small gym, a small work center, an indoor half basketball court, and a resort style pool. The office staff are also very friendly.
