UPDATE:
I finally got those suckers off, 3 LOOOONG years later. I'm wearing clear retainers now and I am thinking of switching to traditional retainers (wire) because I feel that the invisilign type aren't doing what they are supposed to do. I'm not sure why I wasn't given the option up front but I guess I'll see!
I had been needing braces for YEARS but we could never afford them growing up... So here I am friggin 27 years old (am I supposed to say that out loud?) with a mouth full of metal!
Really, its not THAT bad. I've had them on since September of last year. Almost a full 11 months. My teeth are REALLY straight now! I opted for the Damon Braces, you may have seen the cheesy commercials? Well, those commercials are what sucked me in!
