Horrible customer service. I can't speak for all of their locations, but this one was willing to lose a customer of 10+ years over $15-20.
Piece of advice: Don't lose your receipts, because if you buy two jugs of their "Super Palm Juice" and the first jug kills two 10 year old Queen Palms, they absolutely refuse to give you store credit for the second jug without a receipt. (I was even completely honest and told them that I received the second jug for half off with a coupon. I was just looking for a free bag of Moon Dust in exchange but they refused to do so because "we can't do anything without a receipt," even though their own business name is plastered all over the jug.)
This happened over a year ago, and at that time I stopped using all of their fertilizers and my plants actually look better than ever now! My remaining Queen Palm is completely green, it never looked this good while using the Moon Valley products. Don't fall for their sales pitch like I did!
