All I wanted was an estimate to compare companies and pricing. First when I initially call to schedule the estimate I was asked if my wife would be there. Lady on phone said no problem. Second the day before the estimate, the estimator asked again about my wife being there. I said no. His response was you need to reschedule your appointment when she is going to be there. I understand that she has to be part of the approval process but this is just an estimate. I told the guy on the phone if this is an estimate only. He still insisted on my wife be there. At this point I told him not to show at all. Just a little hint, if my wife did not trust me then why did she marry me. I am not going to sign a contract for work without her. Thats why I asked for an estimate. By the way, you just lost $15000.00 of business by insisting.
