Poor & sad service from employee's. Unfriendly. If you don't purchase a lot, they don't care for you. Don't know how to smile either. Gives you a box to eat in, instead of offering a bowl, when they have bowls for you. If you get a free cupcake and not purchase cupcakes you get frowned upon, yet they are the one's offering the free cupcake tokens. They lost a few customers. But they don't care. The girl with the long hair that wears a lot of make up is rude. Wow....scrolling down on facebook reading other reviewers even speaks of how RUDE this customer service is! Where is the owner, Gigi? She doesn't read the reviews? Her loss!
