I wanted to get my hair trimmed so that I have done some online research and read all the good reviews about this place. I booked with Effie and arrived 20 minute earlier as this is my my first time being there, I wasn't sure how long it would take me. The place was busy at the moment. Effie greeted me and the other lady who was waiting (to have her hair colored). I explained what I expected, Effie totally understood me. She was friendly and warm, trimmed my hair just how I wanted to be done. I had a very pleasant and satisfactory experience. The charge was reasonable, no big surprise as it was at some other places. By the way, the coffee they offered tasted the best:-) I would highly recommend this place!
