Scheduled a group of 6 for my Bachelorette party on a Friday. The place wasn't busy at all so maybe they sent some of the staff home. I asked the day I scheduled and called back twice to confirm that they could handle 6 manicures and 6 pedicures in 2 hours. They said "yes no problem". Got there and immediately was under pressure to pick a polish color so pedicure could start. 4 of us started with the pedicures and 2 of us waited. Long story short they only had 1 lady doing manicures and we had to get manicures one at a time (where did the ones doing the pedicures disappear to?). When we started running late I asked to talk to the manager and she said she would "work something out" and disappeared. She never came back with her plan and I had to insist that my mom at least get her manicure. While I was getting my manicure the nail technician continually complained about how upset she was about the whole thing which made me more upset. At the end I talked to the manager again and she seemed irritated with us. She offered no explanation even after I asked how I could have communicated our needs differently. I did get half off the cheese tray I ordered, although that just made me feel guilty that no one else got a discount. I left there stressed out and upset. This place has been in business for a few years I am told so they must do better with the individual treatments. However if you need to schedule a group go somewhere else. The whole experience was just bad. P.S. Pedicure chair was uncomfortable.
