Don't go here!!! Just go to the closest hospital - trust me! I walked in with my husband carrying my son who who was covered in blood and screaming and they disregarded us!!! My son had a head injury and a fractured nose which was apparent and all the parents gasped when I walked it but they informed me and when I finally got to the front of the line they told me they would see me in order of arrival, for sure over an hour!!! It's a disgrace that this is a Phoenix Childrens facility.
Drove 15 mins to the ER and was seen within 10 minutes!!! When I told the hospital we went here first, they were appalled that they sent us away especially in the condition my son was in.
There is a reason for the reviews - I wish I would have read them before coming.
