The staff are so friendly and bubbly and I have gone to so many pet groomers and by far this has been the best place I have been to. The place and neighborhood may seem iffy from the outside and inside but I guarantee you the people that work here really love pets and will care for your dogs. Every time I went to pet smart or Petco or any other groomers my dogs always come out scared and traumatized. Today when I picked up my babies they were so happy and looked so cute!!! I forgot my groomers name but she was the older lady and said to have been grooming dogs for over 40 years! Give this place a shot! I love my experience here and will definitely come back and will be my go to place for grooming. I never would've thought I place in Chinatown would be so excellent at grooming. The prices are pretty similar to other groomers but totally worth it. I had my two 13 pound babies groomed one is a poodle and the other a terrier mix and now they look fabulous. Thank you puppy love!
